Where we work
Four disciplines, one standard of delivery.
Each discipline answers a precise set of challenges. Together they cover the full continuity from strategy through design and programme leadership to operations.
01
Advisory & Transformation
Structure the transformation and turn strategy into operational results.
Transformation is not decreed: it is structured, led and measured. TK Consulting Group works at the hinge between vision and delivery, where strategic intent has to become processes, responsibilities and concrete results.
Client challenges
- Turning a strategic direction into a realistic, tracked plan of action.
- Aligning leadership, teams and partners around shared objectives.
- Securing decisions in uncertain or multi-party contexts.
- Evolving the organisation without breaking operational continuity.
Services
- Governance and decision support
- Organisational transformation
- PMO and programme leadership
- Operational excellence
- Process optimisation and industrialisation
How we work
- Shared diagnosis: understanding the stakes, the constraints and the people involved.
- Framing: measurable objectives, roadmap, governance and indicators.
- Support: running the governance bodies, arbitrating, managing risk.
- Embedding: skills transfer and a continuous improvement loop.
Expected outcomes
- A clear trajectory, understood and owned by the teams.
- Decisions taken at the right level, at the right moment, on documented grounds.
- Measurable and durable operational gains.
02
Telecom & Infrastructure
Design and secure infrastructure that performs, scales and stays under control.
More than twenty years in access networks and national fibre programmes give TK Consulting Group a concrete grasp of what happens on the ground: civil works constraints, subcontractor coordination, quality requirements and the economics of rolling out at scale.
The same skills apply to municipal infrastructure projects — connectivity, energy efficiency, autonomy. The role there is advisory and client-side support: framing the need, comparing the options, holding schedule and cost, accepting the works. It does not replace a specialist engineering firm or a certified installer, and carries no tie to any supplier.
Client challenges
- Rolling out at scale while holding cost, schedule and quality.
- Coordinating engineering, civil works, suppliers and authorities.
- Framing a municipal infrastructure project and steering it through to acceptance.
- Guaranteeing the resilience and scalability of critical infrastructure.
- Optimising capital investment (CAPEX) and running costs (OPEX).
Services
- FTTH / FTTx: strategy, industrialisation, rollout leadership
- Networks and critical infrastructure
- Architecture and engineering
- Large-scale rollouts
- CAPEX / OPEX optimisation
- Smart City: framing and steering municipal projects — connectivity, energy efficiency, autonomy
How we work
- Technical and economic assessment of the existing infrastructure.
- Defining the target, the standards and the industrialisation model.
- Running the rollout: planning, suppliers, quality, reporting.
- Handover to operations and continuous optimisation.
Expected outcomes
- Networks delivered on time, compliant and documented.
- A smooth, industrialised production chain.
- Lasting command of cost and service quality.
03
Programme Leadership & Client-Side Support
Give the project owner the visibility and command the project needs to succeed.
Client-side support is only worth having if it is independent of the people doing the work. TK Consulting Group stands squarely on the project owner’s side, with no supplier ties, and defends those interests throughout the project.
Client challenges
- Keeping control of a project entrusted to multiple contractors.
- Holding a consolidated view of cost, schedule, risk and quality.
- Arbitrating with full knowledge of the facts, facing suppliers and partners.
- Securing acceptance and commissioning of the works.
Services
- Owner's engineer support
- Multi-party coordination
- Supplier and partner management
- Command of cost, schedule, risk and quality
- Project reporting and governance
How we work
- Structuring the project: scope, work packages, responsibilities, milestones.
- Setting up the governance bodies and the steering tools.
- Regular follow-up: progress, variances, risks, decisions.
- Control and acceptance: compliance, documentation, handover to operations.
Expected outcomes
- A project owner who is informed and in a position to arbitrate.
- Drift detected early and dealt with.
- A project delivered to expectations and ready to operate.
04
AI & Business Processes
Turn technological potential into concrete business value.
TK Consulting Group does not position itself as a supplier of AI tools. Its distinctive edge sits at the intersection of business × process × technology × transformation: start from the process and its needs, identify where AI creates real value, test the assumptions in a PoC, then prepare a controlled integration.
Client challenges
- Telling genuinely value-creating AI use cases apart from the hype.
- Starting from processes and their friction points, not from the tools.
- Testing before investing: validating assumptions through a proof of concept.
- Integrating AI into existing workflows without disruption or unmanaged risk.
Services
- Process analysis and identification of friction points
- Detection and qualification of AI opportunities
- Feasibility studies and use-case prioritisation
- Research and development
- Proof of concept (PoC) design
- Integration of AI into workflows
- Value measurement and continuous improvement
How we work
- Mapping the business process and its friction points.
- Identifying the activities where AI can create measurable value.
- A targeted PoC to test the assumptions in real conditions.
- Controlled integration, value measurement and continuous improvement.
Expected outcomes
- Use cases prioritised on value and feasibility.
- Tangible proof before any large-scale investment.
- AI serving the teams and the processes, not the other way round.
Programme under way
AI in procurement: measure before you invest
AI will transform procurement, say the vendors. None of them says what it would bring to your company, on your process, with your data. This programme proposes to measure it: six months, one real use case, an independent assessment.
The problem
The major suites already embed AI, but it is captive to the platform: you have to buy the whole suite to reach it. General-purpose, specialised and agentic AI are available right away — yet no independent assessment tells you which one delivers real value on your case.
What is proposed
A bounded study, run with you: we map your procurement, pick one sub-process — the one that costs the most time or causes the most friction — then compare the three families of AI on that case, against success criteria agreed in advance. No software is sold: the deliverable is a basis for decision.
The method — six months
- 01 Mapping Your process against a reference model, and selection of the priority use case.
- 02 Framing Need, available data and success criteria, defined with your buyers.
- 03 Benchmark General-purpose, specialised, agentic AI: quality, cost, security, limits.
- 04 Proof of concept Tests on secured real data or synthetic data, measured against a human baseline.
- 05 Conclusion Technical, economic and organisational feasibility. A reasoned recommendation.
What you receive
- A knowledge base — the state of the art, filtered for you.
- A framed use case — your priority need, made measurable.
- A structured benchmark — which AI for which activity, and under what data conditions.
- A measured proof of concept — observed results, not promises.
- A feasibility conclusion — proceed, investigate further, or stop.
What research already shows
−40 % · +18 % completion time and assessed quality, on professional writing tasks assisted by AI.
25–33 % · 49 % of invoices processed without human intervention: market average, then best practice.
These are contexts outside procurement: the working assumptions remain more cautious. These figures justify going and checking, not prejudging your case.
The constraint is not the technology, it is the data.
Who runs the study The study is run with a Swiss school of management and its research group in logistics and operations management, which has already established the state of the art in procurement digitalisation. Operational coordination: Thierry Kiki, project lead.
