Data collected
When you use the contact form, the following data is transmitted: full name, email address, and where provided organisation, phone number, subject and message content. The IP address and the time of sending are attached to the email for security and anti-spam purposes.
No user account is created and no sensitive data is requested. Please do not send confidential information through this form.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your enquiry and reply to it. Processing rests on your consent, given through the form checkbox, and on the legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry.
Recipients and retention
The data is received by email and is never sold, transferred or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any professional relationship that follows, then deleted.
Hosting and location
The site and its associated mailboxes are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva. The data therefore remains hosted in Switzerland.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. No third-party analytics service is used. Typefaces are served from the site itself, with no call to an external service.
The host keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page viewed) to operate and secure the service, in line with its own policy.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@tk-consulting.ch. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) if you consider that your data is not being handled properly.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data submitted through the form is encrypted in transit. Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect its confidentiality, though absolute security cannot be guaranteed on the internet.
